Why I don't have access to Resume Keywords Matching Engine even though I have already signed up?

Thank you for signing up. We are happy you did that. In order to use our Resume Keywords Matching Engine and any other membership benefits, you will need to buy any one of the Premium Membership Plans. If you have already purchased one of our Premium Membership Plans and you still don’t have access to membership benefits, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form. We will get this fixed for you as soon as possible.

How do I know when is my membership expiring?

Your current Membership Plan,  Subscription Start Date and Expire Date is displayed in the Current Membership section on Account Details page that you can access from My Account menu.

How can I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership from the Current Membership section on Account Details page that you can access from My Account menu.

Can I get the refund?

Paid members may qualify for the full or partial refund only under certain circumstances. For complete details on what may qualify you for refunds, please visit our Terms and Conditions page.

How can I cancel my membership?

Premium membership is automatically canceled at the end of the subscription period. You may choose to cancel your subscription prior to the membership expiry date from the Account Details page that you can access from My Account menu. However, you may or may not qualify for the refunds.
